Ok actually so I was gonna have a nice presentation of some of Rusted Knight's world-building equipment, walking through one of his fighter planes in particular, the Kestral. But...well...THERE WERE SO MANY ASSIGNMENTS AND THE INTERNET CRASHED IT WOULDN'T LOAD MY PROGRAM WHICH SAID PROGRAM I'VE NEVER USED BEFORE AND HAD TO SEARCH SOME TUTORIALS ON AND I HAD TO UNSUBSCRIBE FROM ADOBE WITHOUT PAYING THE HUGE CANCELLATION FEE AND THEN MY PET GUMMY BEAR DIED!!!!!!

*I didn't even have time to make a melodramatic GIF for this that's how busy I've been 🤣*

Anyway, I seriously considered tanking through it on the literal last day I had before sending this, but that would really be an insult to how much my brother's collaborated and put into this.

I didn't invent this story, my brother handed me an entire first draft and all I did was ask if I could jump in and take it to the next level. It never would've occurred to me to write about an amnesic ace fighter-pilot in a Prohibition steampunk if that hadn't been something Rusted Knight cooked up.

I still remember the day I asked to cowrite. It was a sunny day, he had asked me to beta read his draft and I had been forbidden to work on MY story for like a month (I think it had something to do with me needing to do something *real* for a change).

Yes, you see where this is going, don't you? 😂😂😂 Lesson learned, probably not...

It's days like these I marvel at my parent's patience and perseverance.

Without them all, this webtoon would not exist coz I never would've asked my brother if I could convert it to a webtoon although technically the webtoon doesn't exist yet either but still!

Without my parents, and without my brother, you wouldn't have this story and these characters and this chaotic newsletter that doesn't ever seem to get to the point 😉

So, anyway, next month, March 14, I'll be hosting an entire post dedicated to Rusted Knight's work in the making of this webtoon.
